EARTHEN SPIRIT HERBALISM

Deborah Connolly, Clinical & Community Herbalist

~ personalized herbal care through 1:1 health consultations ~

Hello, I’m Deborah…

I offer compassionate, collaborative herbal health consultations.

Whether you are struggling with a serious health condition or simply wish to feel more resilient, herbalism can gently and holistically support your journey.

My practice is heart-centered, offering a slow, safe space for each person’s unique story to unfold.

Working Together

Herbs can be supportive to everyone — from providing relief from acute symptoms
to working at a deeper level to restore vitality and function.

Some conditions supported by herbal medicine:

  • Perimenopause

  • Mental health struggles like anxiety/panic and depression

  • Insomnia and other sleep or circadian rhythm disorders

  • Chronic and acute stress

  • Grief, loss, and other life transitions

  • Autoimmune conditions

  • Chronic pain and fatigue

  • Digestive disturbances such as constipation and diarrhea, IBS, bloating/gas, leaky gut

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Lyme disease

Working and interacting with plants through herbal medicine is a gentle, yet powerful, way to address root causes, support our bodies to find their way back to balance, and foster reconnection with ourselves and the earth. This is sacred work, and a path towards healing many wounds - physiological, spiritual, ancestral.

At the heart of my work as an herbalist is a vision of a world in which humans return to living in balance, reciprocity, and compassion with one another, ourselves, and the living earth — that we recognize the interdependence of all beings and our ancient kinship with nature.
